Simple Usage: Acne Problem
Tea Tree x 4 drops
Bergamot/Lemon Oil Sweet x 3 drops
Lavendula Vera x 3 drops
Jojoba Oil x 2 teaspoon (10ml)
Which is excellent for inflamed or acne-prone skin.
Dab on to the affected areas. Normally third days, you can see the difference.
Simple Usage: Coughs and Colds
Tea Tree x 3 drops
Lavendula Vera x 3 drops
Eucalyptus Radiata x 3 drops
Carrier Oil x 15ml
Gently massage chest and back with clockwise movements. Suggested to do it just before bedtime to see improvement. Do not continue the treatments for more than a week at a time.
Simple Usage: Ringworm
Tea Tree x 15 drops
Lavendula Vera x 10 drops
Myrrh x 10 drops
Carrier Oil x 30ml
At beginning, can use direct of Tea Tree oil to affected area. But not more than 3days. After this, blend them all (as above) in a botlle. Apply 1 drop of the blend to the affected area 3 times a day until it is clear. This should take about 10days. After the fungus has cleared rub this blend over the area where the infection was and this will stop it from starting up again. Do this daily for a week.
Watch out for any sign of the fungus returning and repeat the treatment immediately before it has a chance to become established.
