The sedating and calming properties of ylang ylang makes it a useful treatment of depression and tension. Stimulating and calming, it increases feelings of well being. It helps to lower blood pressure and breathing rates in turn reducing feelings of anxiety.
As a massage oil, add 1-2 drops of ylang ylang oil to a base oil blend.
