A salt scrub (also known as a salt glow, sea salt body scrub or sea salt exfoliant) is a natural exfoliator used to gently slough off dead skin cells.
Bryan’s DIY Sea Salt Scrub
1) a pack of fine seasalt from Nature Farm ($2.80 for 250gram)
2) Rose Geranium oil and Lemon oil — 1 drop each
3) Rice Bran Oil — 5 drops
– Take 2 tablespoon of the sea salt, 2 drops of Rose Geranium oil, a drop of Lemon oil and few drops rice bran oil. Mix together and blend well.
– Wet your body, apply the blend on your legs and body… Do not too scrub hard, just apply and leave it on for 3 mins, it will detox your body.
This is an exceptional sea salt body scrub, Rose Geranium essential oil and ground rose petals.
This blend works well to exfoliate legs, absolutely great for dry skin on hands and feet!

2 drops of Lemongrass oil and 2 drops Rosemary oil into a bucket of warm water. Immerse foot in it for 15 minutes. Wipe dry your foot after you finished with the foot bath. You will feel really relax.
I like to do a foot bath whenever I want to detox my body. I can sleep better whenever I have my foot bath. My body can also better absorb whatever nutrients or vitamins, that I took on the following day after the foot bath.
